Dear Reader
My first real contact with England and English and Scotish football wasn’t anything like reading Football Factory or Nick Hornby or making one-off tourist trip to some famous big stadium. Most people probably tick off one planned famous stadium visit, snap a selfie there, and make video speaking on what that ground represents.It can be video at KOP or video at STRETFORD END.

But in reallity, my first active following of English football was listening to the full reading of Saturday’s results from all the games across every league presented by Mr James Alexander Gordon through BBC WORLD SERVICE. I’d hear that DONCASTER had met someone. Compare that :
A selfie at just the most famous stadium versus hearing James Alexander Gordon say “DONCASTER ONE, CREW ALEXANDRA ONE”
MAY AUDIBLE PRODUCE AN AUDIO BOOK INCLUDING EVERY SINGLE GORDON’S RESULT
