To Be or Not To Be, That Is The Question?

1 Leave a comment on verse 1 0 Tears at Estadio Bernabeau
Would be sparse if The Special One left
A real (sic) lack of love from the team and the crowd
The cause, we’re realiably (sic) informed by the press.

2 Leave a comment on verse 2 0 Was the double demise that big a surprise
At The Bernabeau and Camp Nou last week?
Winning trophies will change
For the greats in our game
Have all at times courted defeat.

3 Leave a comment on verse 3 0 Watching Ribery and Robben
Teach an enviable squad
A lesson in forceful attack
Was so awe-inspiring
During raiding down both wings
Bayern’s back-line took tea at the back.

4 Leave a comment on verse 4 0 With his bridges (sic) now burned
Does The Special One yearn
For The Bridge he professes to love?
While his West London suitor
Has the conundrum of choosing
To ignite the old flame or move on?

5 Leave a comment on verse 5 0 Is a deal already done, with The Special One?
No matter what the red tops may say
After all it was he
What helped us win the league
With a points haul, which still stands today.

6 Leave a comment on verse 6 0 Like a time served cynic and old school romantic
Who when spurned tries to painfully move on
I read the overtures as frantic, is our old flame in a panic?
Shouldn’t we be courting in Munich or Dortmund!

Notes

I’m probably a Blue in a minority here, but The Special One’s intended return to our club (depending on what paper or website you read) is not entirely to my liking I’m afraid to say.

If we’re a big a club as we like to think we are, then there are better management choices for a football purist like myself, and us out there.

Jose is a great PR man and will win us things, make no mistake about that, he’s proven that time and time again. But at what cost? He has a habit of attracting trouble. How long will he stay, what kinda baggage will he bring with him, who up in football’s elite boardroom and indeed our very own will he upset along the way to victory?

The King is dead, and long live the King, now let us move on and go about selecting the new rightful heir to his throne over in West London! YET AGAIN!

Carefree…raised on Celery.

Go well and be lucky.

Peace.

Kev.
