Rivelino

1 Leave a comment on verse 1 0 The banana shot burst into life
From the effortless power of your boots
The net could never rest easy
The posts not strong enough not bold enough
To keep your Spirit silent
The keepers fingers always too late
Even before you had touched the ball
“Little King of The Park”
With a left foot so prized
God tried on your boots for size.
