The Streets of Longford
¶ 1

They’re on the streets of Longford
And they’re searching high and low,
Rummaging in rubbish bins
And running to and fro.
They’ve scoured Longford’s hinterland,
And searched the undergrowth,
They’ve dredged the lakes and rivers,
And set up nets in both.
Gardens have been churned up,
As well as open ground,
They’ve even scanned the sewers
But nothing has been found.
The players are all ready,
Replete in brand new boots,
But they’ll need to find a goal somewhere
To overcome Vaduz.
