Throughout 90 minutes is that
You memorise the passings and off-sides
And you go the next time to the Riverside
This time you just say “Goodison I love your sound”
And when the Z-Cars song is there you just feel
It is everywhere
And to add to your 90 minutes you will have 180 minutes
To remember or more, much more
But if you are at Goodison one day
And you go to Riverside in a week’s time
You will say as well
I love Goodison and Riverside
But as Z-car is only at Goodison
You say it is just Goodison Park
But in your heart you can feel
That Everton players are anywhere
It is our song’s Z-cars sound anywhere
And when you say 90 minutes have gone
Or 180 have gone
You still feel that Z-cars sound
will never be gone
