“Blanket Grandads” cold at the ground
“Giant Haystacks” knows it all
“Spy Kid” shouts and screams and bawls

2 Leave a comment on verse 2 0 The “Rattle Girl” winds up the front
Whilst “Stella Boy” he won’t shut up
“White Jumper man” he’s quite the lad
Full-time chav and part time Dad

3 Leave a comment on verse 3 0 ‘Bling’ it shines out from the stands
The Argos rings on chubby hands
Retro shirts and lycra tops
The striker’s latest dodgy crop

4 Leave a comment on verse 4 0 Mobile phones held to the light
Belts for skirts its quite a sight
The “know it all” and “seen before”
The ones who leave at early doors

5 Leave a comment on verse 5 0 Dodgy haircuts pies all stacked
The teenage girls who hunt in packs
Those who stand and those who don’t
Fans who sing and fans who won’t

6 Leave a comment on verse 6 0 The “oohs” the “ahhs” “ref are yer blind??”
The MC rocks his lard behind
Half time fun and games begin
Launch the ball you just might win

7 Leave a comment on verse 7 0 “Past it Pundits” pontificate
Remember days “when we was great”
The gaffer’s shouting from the line
Tearing hair and counting time

8 Leave a comment on verse 8 0 Opinions rage down to the ground
The megs the goals the cards the fouls
Meet up with mates after the game
And talk it through all over again

We’ve seen it all, and part of Football’s rich tapestry of life ūüôā
