Hello is that the Samaritans ?

1 Leave a comment on verse 1 0 My Football Club is making me ill
I don’t think I can take much more
my nerves are in pieces
and I’ve punched a hole in the Door.

2 Leave a comment on verse 2 0 My Football Club is making me ill
and each day I’m feeling worse
all us fans get is bad news
on us I think has been put a curse.

3 Leave a comment on verse 3 0 My Football club is making me ill
and there’s nothing I can do
because my club is being ruined
by people who haven’t got a clue.

4 Leave a comment on verse 4 0 My Football Club is making me ill
and I’m so anxious I struggle to think
it’s getting to the stage right now
I’ll be needing lots of pills and drink.

5 Leave a comment on verse 5 0 My Football Club is making me ill
when all I want is cheering up
this club that was once in the Premier
and who has won the F.A.Cup.

6 Leave a comment on verse 6 0 My Football Club is making me ill
and all I’ve got on my face is a frown
but now I’ve said I’m a Coventry fan
you’ve gone and put your phone down !

Notes

With a new season not far away now my club still is in turmoil and we still don’t know where we will be playing our home games.
I’m starting to get angry now along with thousands of other fans,we’ve been treated badly and we won’t take it no more. Hence this poem but I imagine even the Samaritans couldn’t work miracles !
