In memory of my beloved Arsenal

1 Leave a comment on verse 1 0 Last season’s deamons haunting,
United at our heels, taunting.

2 Leave a comment on verse 2 0 Two games we been out of form,
last year, lacking became norm.

3 Leave a comment on verse 3 0 The Arsenal that I prayed were dead,
come back to self-destruct instead.

4 Leave a comment on verse 4 0 It’s really needless, all this losing,
a week ago and we were cruising.

5 Leave a comment on verse 5 0 The title at our fingertips, slips through our hands,
even though Lehmann’s been banished to the stands.

6 Leave a comment on verse 6 0 Raked with injury, riddled with doubt,
I’m hoping we’re not down and out.

7 Leave a comment on verse 7 0 Determined to walk it into the net,
and never score from pieces, set.

8 Leave a comment on verse 8 0 Petulant, dirty, boring hated,
and they say we’re over-rated.

9 Leave a comment on verse 9 0 A sleeping giant, too lazy to win,
giving it to Man Ure would be a sin.

10 Leave a comment on verse 10 0 Last season was only good for a big game,
let’s hope that one stays the same.

11 Leave a comment on verse 11 0 I hope he stays injured, that Petr Cech,
coz he’s a pain in the Gregory Peck.

12 Leave a comment on verse 12 0 We got Chelsea next, better be a good game,
coz Spuresque* mediocrity drives me insane.

Notes

well done boro we was completley outplayed. ah the familiar endearing game of pure frustration.

*its a word. honest.
