Strange game plan by Arsene The Alsatian last night at the Emirates.

Is he now so tight
With The Red Nosed Knight
That he’s longer up for the fight?

I honestly really felt sorry for the young Arsenal full back Gibb, slipped over through no fault of his own to concede one of the goals, then gets replaced, with Arsenal chasing the game and needing goals pronto, by another full back?

Was I mistaken? Or did Wenger look as if he wasn’t that bothered? Unusual too, to see Gooners heading for the exits well before the end.

Just a few observations from a neutral sitting in his armchair.

If this sounds pretty smug it’s not meant to, I assure you. We’ve our own problems to worry about and one of them is Lionel Messi!
