2 chances

1 Leave a comment on verse 1 0 There comes a point in time
When with or without rhyme
A curmudgeonly acceptance comes into play;
When forlorn hope
Pins up its ‘little dog lost’ poster
When squeeky bums fall silent
And the ‘business end’ of the football season –
Just like the credit crunch –
Brings foreclosure

2 Leave a comment on verse 2 0 That’s the logical view –
Then there’s the mathematics…

Notes

Just four games left in the Premiership, only a smattering of games left in the other top flight divisions…

hope springs eternal ….

or does it?
